Working with Essex Cares at Chapter House in Maldon we are working to create a welcoming and accessible outdoor space for older people, particularly those with dementia, to enjoy.
In recent months the garden has been transformed with additional planting areas and installation of accessible seating and even won Silver in the Maldon in Bloom Community category. We are currently focusing on creating activities for users of the Chapter House Day Centre and wider community.
