The Community Gaming Initiative will be running sessions throughout the summer, giving any local gamers the opportunity to meet likeminded people and play the latest and greatest games and consoles.
Maldon* – 26th July & 23rd August
Burnham – 31st July & 28th August
Gaming has many benefits such as: Problem solving skills, increased concentration, improved hand eye coordination, and enhanced social skills, the Community Gaming Initiative gives young people a space to meet others and gain these skills together
The Community Gaming Initiative sessions are aimed at young people moving up to secondary school in the coming school year but are open to all young people.
*The Maldon sessions will be taking place at Maldon Activity Centre, and are 11+ please contact us at gaming@maldoncvs.org.uk to discuss potential solutions for those younger than 12.
