Micro volunteering roles are where we need volunteers on an ad hoc basis. These roles are one-off or irregular without the requirement for ongoing commitment. These volunteering roles are usually quick tasks meaning you can volunteer in your local community without it impacting too much on your daily routine.
Volunteer Shoppers are needed for one-off or infrequent delivery of groceries from a shopping list to residents who are unable to shop for themselves. You will receive guidance on handling money and receipts. A DBS Check will be requested for this role. You need to be trustworthy, and confident handling money. You should have a friendly nature and good communication skills.
