Come and join this exciting course with highly experienced and qualified B.A.C.P Accredited Counsellor’s Louise Brock-Person Centred Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Creative Arts Facilitator and Jenna Francis-Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Creative Arts Facilitator. This fully funded 4-week Creative Art Course through Maldon CVS and is aimed at adult family Carers who would like to use creative arts to connect, explore and process their emotions within a safe, confidential and calming space. Sessions will be focused on the following themes:
Session 1 – 7pm-9pm – 7th March – Theme of “Welcoming spring”
Session 2 – 7pm-9pm 14th March – Theme of “The Tree”
Session 3 – 7pm-9pm 21st March – Theme of “A spring walk”
Session 4 – 7pm-9pm 28th March – Theme of ” Creating a Mandala”
