Chair Based Exercise Class at Dengie Hundred Sports Club

What can I expect?

A very low intensity class utilising exercise bands to create strength for those who are de-conditioned or returning to exercise.

When can I go?

Chair Based Exercise classes run every Thursday at 12.30pm at Dengie Hundred Sports Centre.
