This month's Trustee Development focus will be Preventing Sexual Harassment: New Employer Responsibilities

HR specialists HR Prime will be running a free awareness session for voluntary and community organisations covering the updated duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment. The session will explore what the changes mean in practice, the role of trustees and managers, and the actions organisations can take to create a safe and respectful environment for staff and volunteers.
