part of our vibrant Community Café team every Monday morning.
Our café is

serves as a warm, inviting space for older and vulnerable members of the
community to come together, share stories, and find support. For others, it's a
welcoming spot to relax, make new friends, and enjoy the company of others. By
volunteering with us, you will play a vital role in fostering a sense of

What
you'll be doing:
As a
Community Café volunteer, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to:
- Set the stage – Help create a warm and
comfortable space by setting up tables and chairs to ensure a welcoming
environment.
- Greet and connect – Be the first friendly face
that newcomers see, making sure they feel at ease and part of the
community from the moment they arrive.
- Serve with a smile – Assist with preparing and
serving hot drinks, helping visitors relax and enjoy their time at the
café.
- Provide support – Act as a key point of
contact, offering helpful information and sign-posting guests to local
services and resources (with full support from our team, so you’re never
alone!).
- Wrap it up – At the end of the café
session, you’ll assist with packing down the space, leaving it ready for
the next event.
