Community Care Farm Volunteer

Supporting the day to day running of a friendly community care farm. This is a hands on role ideal for anyone who enjoys working outside in the fresh air, working with animals and being part of a welcoming team, making a difference in the local community.

Tasks will include:

• Animal Care
• Cleaning and maintaining enclosures
• Gardening and seasonal work
• Supporting learners and visitors with practical skills

What skills do I need?

No formal qualifications are required, just a willingness to learn, as full induction and training will be provided

• Friendly, reliable and willing to get hands on
• Comfortable working outside, in all weathers
• An interest in animals. farming and community work
• Ability for follow instructions and work as part of a team
