Guest Relations Team

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable people within your local community and have knowledge of the services Southend has to offer?

Our Guest Relation team offer a higher level of support and assist in areas such as mental health support and advice, housing advice and signposting to local services.

The One Love Project is a registered charity in the heart of Southend, with a focus on assisting and supporting vulnerable adults and families, including those experiencing homelessness in and around the city.

We provide a food bank, food and emergency food parcels as well as clothing and a range of physical, mental and emotional support via a trauma informed and humanitarian approach.

Operating two services a week requiring the Guest Relations team we offer complete wraparound support from local services including HARP, Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Support, STARS, Aspirations and many more.

What skills do I need?

We are looking for volunteers who are fully Mental Health First Aid trained (minimum two day course)
