What you’ll be doing as leader
As a leader you’ll have responsibility for running the unit, managing the volunteer team and planning activities. Our units are all quite different, which means all leaders do slightly different things. Some groups of leaders share the unit responsibilities or work with behind-the-scenes admin volunteers to help make the guiding magic happen.
