Helpers At Exercise Group For Stroke Victims

Volunteers are needed to help at the Stroke Support exercise group, assisting and supervising members as they exercise.

Volunteers are also needed to serve refreshments at the group.

Exercise groups are run under the supervision of qualified personnel.

Sessions held on Tuesdays - 10.00 - 12.00 at Banks Court, Chequers Lane

What skills do I need?

Volunteers do not need any special skills, but exercise session volunteers should be physically able to support the client if needed.
