As an instructor you will be delivering or assisting with lessons, activities, games, projects and events with our cadets. Whatever your skills and experience, they could be utilised to help young people flourish! We have a variety of subjects including boating, engineering, catering, navigation, first aid and STEM!
You could help inspire our cadets, the next generation, to achieve their full potential.
As a volunteer with Sea Cadets you'll help make a positive impact in your local community, enhancing the learning and training opportunities available to young people.
You'll receive support at every step of your volunteering journey, with access to training and development. You will be able to earn recognised qualifications in First Aid and boating through organisations such as The RYA, Paddle UK and British Rowing, whilst gaining experience that can be used to enhance your CV!
No qualifications are required and all training is given, but a passion for helping young people achieve their potential is a must!
