We are looking for volunteers with lived experience of mental health challenges themselves.
Our Peer Support service is available for people who have similar experiences of something difficult and brings people together to support one another.
We welcome you to volunteer at peer support groups within the West Essex area where we provide a safe space for people to share their feelings and experiences.
You can also support the Peer Support team by making phone calls or seeing service users face-to-face.
Lived experience of mental health difficulties, personable and friendly, happy to chat either over the phone or face-to-face, sociable and non-judgemental
