Receptionist

We are looking for a volunteer receptionist to welcome people into our organisation, answer the telephones and any other related tasks.

We have a Volunteer Investment Program (VIP) which we offer to all volunteers, this can support with discovering your skill sent and future employment opportunities. 

Role Description: Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for visitors, answer phone calls, handle inquiries, manage mail, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Greeting visitors, answering phones, directing inquiries, managing appointments, basic data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

What skills do I need?

We are looking for volunteers from the local community who are inline with our mission status of improving the community for the community

We will support potential volunteers in finding the right volunteer roles for them
