Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Service Buddy to support our staff in maintaining high standards of service, safety, and communication within our properties. This volunteer role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations through administrative assistance and on-site support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist staff with routine health and safety checks across properties
· Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
· Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and note-taking
· Help maintain organized, safe, and welcoming environment
Skills & Attributes Required:
· Good telephone manner and clear communication skills
· Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent timekeeping and a high level of reliability
· Friendly, professional, and willing to learn
