We're seeking a social media lead who can help us to reach our community using accessible methods available to a volunteer community group.
You will:
❖ Live or work in the Flowers community, (volunteer work as social media lead will be valid)
❖ Have a good understanding of how Facebook pages are used.
❖ Be an admin/moderator and manage the groups Facebook page.
❖ Assess requests to join the Facebook page in line with joining requirements and Admin and Moderator Policy.
❖ Suggest technical improvements around how the group communicates with its community.
❖ Be an organised person - that would be great.
❖ May be self-taught and have a good understanding of technology. Know or can learn, how to construct and launch an interactive web page – not needed yet
❖ Someone who can identify a method of reaching out to people who have no technology available to them.

The committee member will attend ten Resident's Meetings a year. These are always held on Mondays at The Flowers Community Hall at 6p.m, and last for about 1 ½ hours.
