Register your interestTo provide practical and emotional support to older people during a residential trip to Norfolk (23 - 27 February 2026), ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and included throughout the experience. Volunteers will assist with mobility, personal needs, and social engagement, helping participants enjoy the trip to its fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting a passenger, which may include personal care such as washing, dressing, and using the toilet, communication and mobility.
• Medication support where required
• Helping with mealtimes as needed
• Joining in with group activities and day trips
What is provided:
• Travel aboard the Jumbulance (pick up is Southend on Sea).
• Accommodation and meals provided during the trip.
• Pre-trip briefing and support from Jumbulance team

Must be able to get to Southend on Sea to pick up the Jumbulance Coach.

Volunteers will be required for the full 5 day trip from 23 - 27 February. We will match with an individual attending and share their care needs and support beforehand.
