We are unable to provide the services we need to our community without insights into their experiences at our park.
You will play a key role in helping improve user experiences in our park for all visitors. Your main responsibility will be to engage with park users in a friendly and respectful manner to gather feedback about their experiences through conducting surveys, focusing on their usage habits, the impacts upon them, transport and local awareness of our conservation initiatives.
This involves distributing and collecting surveys, and accurately recording users' observations. Volunteers should be approachable, good communicators, and comfortable interacting with people from a wide range of backgrounds. The insights you help collect will support us in making informed decisions to enhance our facilities, services, and community engagement.
Friendliness and a willingness to approach other members of the public is essential. Experience surveying people would be useful but is not required.
Any help analysing and providing insights on the data generated would also be appreciated!

Shifts would last a few hours in order to gain insights from a wider variety of users. All surveys are conducted on one of our tablets; full training will be provided on both the survey and this equipment.
