About Us

Epping & Harlow Community Transport is a not-for-profit organisation providing safe, reliable, and accessible transport for local residents who have limited access to public or private transport. Our friendly team takes pride in offering a dependable and personal service that supports independence and strengthens community connections.

About the Role

As a Volunteer Driver, you will play a vital role in helping our members travel safely to and from their destinations. You’ll be part of a supportive and dedicated team that values kindness, reliability, and a sense of humour.

We’re looking for individuals who enjoy meeting people, take pride in providing excellent service, and are willing to go the extra mile to make a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide safe, courteous transport for members to and from designated destinations.

· Build positive relationships with passengers, ensuring they feel valued and respected.

· Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organisation’s standards and policies.

· Communicate effectively with the team and report any issues or concerns as needed.
