The role is to work on the pier museum sales counter, selling books , DVD's, posters, cards and seaside gifts etc.
The role provides the opportunity to interact with the public, meet new people and assist with generating funding for the Pier Museum Foundation Trust to reinvest in the museum to provide exhibits and information to the public whilst promoting the social and heritage elements of a landmark Grade 2 listed building.
Previous sales experience working on sales counters or tills would be advantageous but not specifically a requirement for the post , full training will be provided. What we need are enthusiast people willing to give up some time to assist the pier museum in achieving its goals.
