Youth, Holiday Club & Park Play Volunteer

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and community-minded volunteers to support our Holiday Clubs, Teen Time youth sessions, ParkPlay activities, and community events.

This role involves working with children, young people, and families, helping to deliver fun, engaging, and supportive activities in a safe and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a volunteer, you will support a range of activities, including:

· Delivering and supporting games and group activities

· Assisting with sports sessions and outdoor play

· Supporting arts and crafts activities

· Helping with baking sessions

· Supporting Teen Time sessions, including the Pathways Programme

· Assisting with ParkPlay sessions for families on the rink

· Encouraging participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour

· Supporting the setup and pack-down of sessions

· Assisting at community events when required

What skills do I need?

Person Specification

We are looking for volunteers who are:

· Passionate about supporting children, young people, and families

· Friendly, approachable, and patient

· Energetic and willing to get involved in activities

· Reliable and able to work as part of a team

· Willing to learn and follow safeguarding procedures

No previous experience is required — just a positive attitude and commitment.
