Frinton & Walton Heritage Trust is looking for a person to assist with meetings, compiling agendas, communicating with attendees, taking minutes and distribution of information.

Frinton and Walton Heritage Trust is a registered charity running three museums, maintaining archives, running events and activities for the community.  We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will integrate within our friendly welcoming team of volunteers and help us achieve our progressive goals. No heritage knowledge is required and full training will be given for the role.

The role will be based at home and at the Trusts three centres in Frinton.

What skills do I need?

Good organisational & communication skills

Previous administration or secretarial roles would be an advantage

Ability to use Microsoft Word & Excel or equivalent

The main Trustee meetings are held bi-monthly, with some sub meetings held in between. Meetings are usually held within the afternoon.
