We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with a wide variety of landscape features and get involved in their local park. Develop your conservation skills and knowledge, whilst providing much needed support. Tasks range from path construction, grassland management, wild flower plug planting, woodland management to planting young trees. Be part of a friendly team working towards conserving and developing the park. The group meets once a month on a Thursday morning from 10-12, the programme is detailed on the City Councils web site www.chelmsford.gov.uk . We will provide a welcome drink and biscuits, just wear strong footwear and suitable clothing for being outdoors.
Enthusiasm and a regular commitment to the project, attend the sessions you choose.
