IT support to the Maeldune Trust

On behalf of The Maeldune Trust.

We are looking for a volunteer commitment of a couple of hours a week or on an ad hoc basis to help resolve IT problems as they arise across a variety of devices on the centre. We regularly encounter difficult with both software and hardware as a consequence of having some aging kit! 

Additionally, a willingness to coach or train users on some software to help improve our work effectiveness would also be very greatly received.

Volunteer support from someone who likes to resolve problems would be appreciated. Knowledge of software products including Google Drive products, MS Outlook, Mailchimp, WordPress etc would be valued by the Trust.

We are hoping that someone might be willing to visit the Maeldune Heritage Centre specifically to help us resolve these problems as they arise on an ad hoc basis. Alternatively, being able to spend some time talking through a problem to a resolution by phone would also work for us. 

What skills do I need?

Knowledge of a variety of software programme particularly Google Drive products, MS Outlook, Mailchimp, WordPress.

The ability to help or train staff or volunteers to resolve IT problems allowing us to work together more effectively.

Website design experience would be awesome too! (but not critical)
