Neurological Support Group Volunteer

Summary of Role:- 

To support the Neurological Group delivery, a new project launching on March 3rd 2026. The Neurological Support Group will run monthly on the 1st Tuesday between 1.30pm and 3pm. This role is based on a 3 hour shift 1pm to 3.30pm ( May extend by 30 minutes after initial 6 month trial of the group)

Key Tasks:- 

· Assist staff to set up venue.

What skills do I need?

· Confident in meeting new people and able to talk about St Clare Hospice services 

· Friendly and reassuring demeanour 

· Good at working as part of a team: get on well with others, happy to help and support other team members 

· Able to work independently when the role requires 

· Good communicator 

· Have an understanding of confidentiality and sensi
