Do you have knowledge of collectables? Are you good at spotting valuable items? Do you have an eye on what’s popular right now?
Good communication skills, able to work as part of a team, creative (able to think up innovative ways to display donations), polite and helpful manner when dealing with customers
Proficient level of IT skills (e bay, Tik Tok, Instagram), research items to find out potential value, photograph items for sale
