The National Cycle Network is a network of paths and routes in your community that are used for walking, cycling, wheeling and exploring the outdoors.

 We would like volunteers to help care for and look after the Network in their local area.

You can do tasks that help people to walk, cycle and wheel more easily while also benefiting wildlife and the environment.

The volunteer will be supporting the care of the National Cycle Network in your community by;

  • Helping keep the Network tidy for people and wildlife,
  • by picking up litter from the path and surrounding area
  • Encouraging people in the community to walk, wheel or cycle every day by looking after the paths.

What skills do I need?

Enthusiasm and enjoyment of being outdoors

No formal qualifications are needed
