Walking for Wellbeing Volunteer Helper

MAST (Maldon Active Support Team) run small groups designed to help people access services in their community.

The walking group runs monthly in the winter and weekly (Wednesdays) in the summer in Maldon.

The Group is looking for a friendly, chatty person who can help to get people involved and can take part in these gentle walks.

Walks last around one hour and an important aspect is the cuppa and get together, after the walk, in a local café.

What skills do I need?

Good conversation skills.

Friendly.
