Wellbeing Caller for By Your Side (BYS), Hospital from Home Project

BYS are looking for a warm, friendly person to join their team for a couple of hours a week. 

Volunteers will call recently discharged patients to confirm they have support around them.

There is always an opportunity to raise a smile and feel the reward that a quick call can make. 

What skills do I need?

• Good, clear, telephone manner.
• Ability (with training) to update records.
• To be able to work within guidelines and boundaries of the project.
