As a trustee with UCAN, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives. We are a small organisation so your skills, knowledge and experience will have a direct and real impact.

We are keen to recruit trustees with a broad range of backgrounds. We are also looking for a trustee with financial or accounting experience.

What skills do I need?

Energy and enthusiasm for working as part of a committed team.

Experience and knowledge of the voluntary sector is an advantage.

Specific skills are always valuable to us although not essential. Legal, financial, human resources, marketing and computer skills would be very useful additions to the wide range of skills we have among our trustees.
