Clacton -Carpark /General Caretaker

We need someone to keep the grounds of CVST centre in Rosemary Road, Clacton on Sea looking neat and tidy.

Duties:

Take overall care of the Community Information Centre car park;

Ensure, on a weekly basis, that the car park, the patio area and the front of the building are kept free from litter and weeds;

Any other tasks needed on an ad-hoc basis.

What skills do I need?
