Reception Volunteer

Join our reception team! We’re looking for a friendly volunteer to help at the reception of our 25-bedroom Emergency Accommodation on Thursday and Friday evenings. It's a great way to have a positive impact in your local community!

What you will be doing:

• Being a friendly first point of contact for visitors
• Liaising with staff and residents to help create a welcoming, supportive environment
• Handling incoming calls, answering or referring enquiries, transferring calls, and taking messages
• Supporting with light admin duties when needed
