Hamelin exists to reimagine life for autistic adults and people with learning disabilities, enabling limitless possibilities. Our mission is to build inclusive, caring, and compassionate communities By empowering and supporting people, we strive to enable them to live the lives they choose.
Purpose of Role
To assist autistic adults and people with learning disabilities in accessing the community. For example, walking to local activities e.g. Billericay High Street, Lake Meadows or using public transport i.e. bus or train, to access activities in the Essex area e.g. Southend.
Volunteers will be working with Hamelin support workers and will not be supporting individuals on their own.
